News Update February 16, 2007
Announcements and news for ISU Extension staff, Master Gardeners, and faculty IN THIS ISSUE
INTERNATIONAL MASTER GARDENER CONFERENCE It is 2007 and that means there are only a few short months until the International Master Gardener Conference in Little Rock. We have had a wonderful response but have become aware that there are Master Gardeners in some states who have not received any information. We would appreciate state and province leaders forwarding this newsletter to all Master Gardeners in your area. If you are an individual MG who knows of other MG’s who have not gotten our information, please forward this newsletter or just suggest that they phone us directly at 501-671-2174. Please remember your MG friends and acquaintances that do not have e-mail since that has been our primary means of communication. We look forward to having a top-notch conference and hope to have participants from many states and provinces. Registration: MAXIMIZING YOUR LANDSCAPE DOLLAR Please mark you calendars to attend this FREE workshop entitled, “Maximizing Your Landscape Dollar.” It’s a three-hour workshop that will begin at 9:00 a.m. on February 24, 2007, at the Winterset Public Library (123 N. 2nd Street – located one block east of the courthouse square).
